Teams receive their first set of accounts and reports, return to their breakout rooms and decide on their decisions for the Winter Quarter.

Facilitator updates the group on the decisions made by the pubs in the Winter Quarter.

Facilitator explains the four "mini-contests" that determine the pubs' overall profit performance and uses The Silver Bullet to demonstrate how these four areas interact.

Teams meet in their virtual breakout rooms, review their own performance in the Winter and decide on their decisions for the Spring Quarter.

Facilitator explains how the pubs' decisions flow into their financial performance and updates the group on the decisions made in the Spring Quarter.

Teams return to their virtual breakout rooms, review their Spring results and decide on their decisions for the Summer Quarter.
